Silkwing/Seawing Hybrid

So I'm a Wings of Fire fan. And I enjoy drawing dragons.
So I did what is called the Dragonsheep Hybrid Challenge. Invented by a WOF Youtuber called Dragonsheep. Go find her video on it if you want to try it.

But this little boy is named Anglerfish. Angler for short.
He lives of the coast of the Poison Jungle, in an underwater trench.
