This is 2/24 of the tributes I will be doing. This is Glimmer and she is the girl tribute from District 1. I did her weapon we see she uses in the Hunger Games movie bow and arrow and something that his District makes. So the bracelet like stuff on her legs is representing his District as District one makes luxury items such as jewelry. So the bow and arrow is the weapon she uses during the Hunger Games movie so I drew it to represent it. Her hair is bad I know. I suck at drawing girl hair and it looks super weird. She has blonde hair and the emerald eyes I saw as well. So this is Glimmer and overall I think that I could have done better with the hair, but overall I enjoyed my design and swing on her.
