This is 1/24 of the tributes I will be doing. This is Marvel and he is the boy tribute from District 1. I did some things that represents his favorite weapon and something that his District makes. So the jewels and jewelry on his collar is representing his District as District one makes luxury items such as jewelry. So the Spear is his favorite weapon so I drew it as well to represent his favorite weapon. His hair is quite a simple design so I decided to keep it the short length he has and is described he has, but keep it to be a bit more detailed than his simple design. So this is Marvel and overall I think that it looks ok for my first time doing a full face digitally and it turned out better than expected. Thank you all for supporting me and god bless.
