Yeah! The settings I used is:

Pencil - Square Pixelated

Spacing 5%
Scattering anywhere between 0 and 157% The more the percentage is the more rougher it will look but I keep it between there to keep it slightly smooth but still having the effect
Smoothing around 15% but you can adjust this to your preference

Also pen pressure off and Size 2
