this went from noodl sketch to character to species idea

as anyone who knows me knows, I own two species (one which I literally just opened) n am an artist for one more, and a guest artist for yet another.
ofc this means I decide its a good idea to start another LMAO

As I already am super busy species wise, I'll only consider these guys if they get a lot of interest. Please let me know below if you're interested, and any ideas you have!
I would probably line these guys at first, maaaaybe I'd get someone to do it (idk my c$ has disappeared from terradogs)

Notes:
Elemental, they can control the weather and clouds. some can control water.
The orb holds their power, if it breaks they can no longer fly or use their powers.
basically cloud noodles
