- I require you to not sell to a handful of select people who cannot own my creations. If I am unable to communicate to the future owner of the species / lines, I am unable to receive promised goods as part of this sale. These users will be outlined via a written contract.
- Purchasing this species with any fictional currency forfeits your ability to sell anything related to usage of this species for USD. This includes customs, make your owns, nursery batches, nursery items, add-on items, or 'accessories' that enhance the experience of the participant in this species. This also includes forfeiting your ability to sell this for DA Points, or any currency that could be converted into a real life currency.
The only way to purchase the right to sell anything on this base for USD is to contact me via Discord or DeviantART note in order to work out a payment arrangement for Points or USD. - Purchasing this species is an agreement that you will not remove my signature regardless of whether or not you keep this species on CS. If you transfer this base/species to a PSD etc. you must keep the signature on there. The signature must remain visible. I must be credited for the creation of the species on any website that it's posted on. You are responsible for keeping the signature visible, and moderating your artists to keep it visible. If a new base is created my signature must still be placed somewhere for crediting of creating the species.
- As a final stipulation, I reserve the right to have 3 Unlimited Make Your Own's of this species. These are purely for personal use only; the Make Your Owns will be for my own personal character creation and participation in the species. (Designs will not be sold, traded, or gifted to anyone, though their offspring may be passed on to others according to TOS you put forth) Any current or future owners of the species must recognize, and honor it. If I request to be added to the base and more than 30 days have passed, I reserve the right to use my own personal copy of the lines in order to create my make your own; I will not impeded by inactivity of the species.
