1: asdfgdsfg thanks aa
2: up in the top left, there's a button that says "effects". click on that button, then there's a list of things you can do. the way you get the static is you click either monochromatic noise or color noise. i used color noise for this lol. sorry if that doesnt make sense, im bad at explaining things.
