Sketcho new oc??

I had this idea for a bird thing but the head dint work and I developed this instead
came up for it while playing basketball (??) have been sketching refs in school

maybe i'll make the bird, maybe not? I'm gonna develop this tho. its a bluebird blue and neon orange colour (weird, right?) anyways, enjoy
