some headcanons about her body:
- nix's bubble head smells like shampoo. maybe baby shampoo. no one knows why.
- head water is normally "wet" meaning water constantly drops/flows and leaves a puddle of water.
- tail is not normally "wet" due to the cloud at the end of the tail re-gathering/collecting water. water may flow downwards or upwards depending on the amount of water in each cloud at opposite ends of the tail.
- nix does not have tear ducts. Instead, when she cries the flow of water through her head intensifies.
- when she is sad/angry, her tail drops (from the normal "wave" position) and water immensely flows downwards. Due to the increased flow the tail will become wet, and when she walks she leaves a trail of water.
- clouds, tufts, and thick fur contribute to the cooling system. these fur store an amount of water droplets and evaporate them for a cooling effect. when it's cold, these fur release their water droplets and start absorbing heat from the air.
- the bubbles on her head cannot be popped. it is made of air and water reinforced with strong connective tissue. when she does get injuries on her head however, the bubbles can deflate. a few days of healing will re-seal the wound and inflate the bubble once more.
- they say the water in her bubbles can heal wounds quickly or give you fair skin, others say they make you look younger. no one has ever had the guts to hurt Nix though, because they either respect or fear her lol.
ok and headcanons on her personality:
- nix is a soft girl, but has an inner strong personality when you get to know her better. just don't burst her bubble.
- shes's a stylist for all sorts of elemental dogs.
- she is a clean freak and her pet peeves are the ground- and fire-related elements that produce so much dirt and ash all the time. like, can they not?
- she's a lil bit cocky. and a lil bit talkative. just a lil bit.
- she's an ambivert. nix usually loves going out but she likes to stay at home during most of her the weekends.
- her favorite pastime when it's hot is sitting in front of a fan. the air evaporates the excess water on her head and makes a cooling effect. alternatively she likes being around air elements for this reason.
