First time ever posting in Intermediate to be quite honest. Thanks to those of you who encouraged me to give it a try. c:

I tried adding some glitter effects to the bows and confetti, but I dunno, i think i kind of just made a mess of it. If this has to be moved down to beginners i would totally understand that, heheh! xD

Pet is based on this pup, i thought it would be perfect since i read yesterday that it's literally the very first pet that Tess ever created for us. <3
