Edit: That eye was driving me crazy, so i went back and tweaked the shape of it a little.

Stargazing doggo

Kind of tried to make a pet dress-up to go along with this, but, you know, no telescope items (that i am aware of), hehe!
The markings on the neck were a bit trickier for me than i thought they would have been! XD
