Wimp redo redo

Another redraw its that time of year again of where i draw my lovely character again. Its odd to have the first drawing of him so happy and now hes sad. Idk.
Anyway Hopefully i will finish this sooner then later.
I hope i have improved some. Any tips or anything to help me get my art better then please comment away.
