Skitty OC- with collar

Been playing a lot of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time lately, and I play a Skitty, and I've always wanted to make my own OC one of these days... so here she is. :3 Tried a different pose since I have people who complain about the normal, standing pose I use. And I.... somewhat regret trying this one, but at the same time, I think it was a good attempt. :3
