The Oekaki isn't a bad art program. Just read a few tutorials on how to use it and you should be good. For example, layers instead of fill tool. Smoothing for better lineart. Ect. This is also the only drawing in your gallery, so if this is your first time using Oekaki, I wouldn't be so quick to judge it. Practice make perfect, you know.
