Suggestions: I'm a fan of more complex characters and I feel like the design is bland. Maybe a few more colors?

Here's What I Did
So I gave the designs a more readable shape, he keeps a more simple design but gets accessories to make his colors pop! His wings and tail are pure vapor, I imagine he takes solace in hopping delicately from cloud-to-cloud, maybe a bit introverted but taking pride in his role guarding the skies.
