Okay! I would love a lot changed! I hope its okay to make a list,,
CHANGED:
- the quality. your art is a-ma-zing and i would love him in your style
- the horns: maybe ram-like horns instead of like antelope ones?
- the wings. I'd like them completely gone
- I'd love a fullbody ref, so you'd have to design everything from the chest down. Hope that's not an issue! Maybe a curly tail and some chest fluff?
- colors: maybe make them compliment each other more?

- the bandana: I think it adds a lot, Maybe change the design a bit?

Haven't really thought about much for him, but I imagine him trying to be noble and brave, but instead just being a coward. He idolizes people who fought in wars, etc. and has signed up for the army multiple times but has been rejected each time.
