This seems cool. I have a guy I got from a pallet-to-character thing that I want to use, but his design is a little sketchy and hard to make out some features.

Personality: He's kinda shy because of not being treated well by his family. They abused him and he's afraid he'll get abused again by trusting people. He's able to keep his calm quite well but like everyone, he has his ticks. Once you get to know him he's quite clingly.
Occupation: Crime scene cleaner! It sounds odd, but he lives in the UK and the government doesn't clean up crime scenes there.
