since the moment aloe opened his eyes, aloe knew he was different.

'' what's that? '' he would say as he saw spiders with eyes plastered all over their bodies, eyes on trees, creatures like no other. but no one would ever notice the same things he saw.

his mother feared as he grew older, and he quickly realized that the things he saw weren't really there, just wacky hallucinations that no one could ever see. he would have trouble focusing, no matter how hard he tried to listen to his mother's calming voice about how to catch prey, his mind would always drift off about other things. his hallucinations continued to grow wilder and wilder: and voices would whisper to him to do things when nobody was there.

by the way, aloe is schizophrenic, a website I used to figure out his symptoms is here. I don't know how accurate it is since I myself do not suffer from it, but if you know anything about it, pm me! It'll help me a lot with this story
