Here's a tip: Have you ever experimented with the 'smoothing' tool? It's where all of the other pen tools are (towards the right when you first begin). I think that'd help you with drawing bunches. It would really smooth out your text, too, no matter you have a bad mouse or a laptop sensor pad. Good luck with drawing!
