this is pretty good! i like the way you drew the top bit of the hind legs. i don’t draw dogs, but i can tell you your bottom jaw is much too thick and boxy, dog’s lower jaws are usually much flatter and wedge shaped, remember, it has to fit together with the top part of the muzzle. also, i can tell you’re going for a sort of cartoony anime eye sort of thing, but the eye extends farther into the skull than it should. try to imagine what it looks like under the skin as a sphere, the way you have it right now it would take up most of the space in the head where their brain needs to be. it really shouldn’t extend farther than the brow. your legs also look a little splayed, the paw closest to us should face forward. otherwise you seem to have a pretty solid grasp on the anatomy! it might help you to study some photos though! good luck and i hope that helped!
