Ahh, this is really cute!
To improve, I think you should work a little bit on where the wings are placed and how thin the neck is - it looks rather spindly for the head, I must admit.
The position of the head seems a little too forwards - placing it a little further back may make it seem more natural.

However, the lineart is very cute and the colours are done well! I look forward to seeing how you improve in the future~
