Would anyone be interested in party dragons?? It was originally an OC idea but it looks pretty freakin' cute
All I have so far is that the design has to have atleast 1 thing to do with party's(the party hats don't count, they're always there unless legendary) like a candle, sprinkles, frosting, etc etc.
theyre now an open species

No, they do not have front legs! They can also stand up fully on their hind legs(pretty much just an anthro) <3
