Another in-depth description!

Bow (Head): Bow can be in hair, on ear, or on top of head to count as a head bow! Cannot be around the neck. Charm should be on bow tails or on the bow knot.
Hood (alone): You are allowed to add a hood to a cloak without a rarity spike. HOWEVER if you'd just like a hood by itself, that's rare. Your charm can go anywhere on the hood.
Bow (Tail): The further away a fabric is from the neck / chest of a Starshine, the rarer it is. A tail bow can have tails. The charm can be on the knot or the tails.
Scarf/Tail Wrap: --- A scarf on the tail, or a tail wrap of fabric. The charm can be anywhere on this.
On Any Leg: One fabric scrap on one leg. Each additional leg piece makes it more and more legendary.
Multiple Fabric Places: Different fabric types, or the same type just further along the body is legendary.
