- kenem, or ken/s plural, are shark-dog hybrids that have
bioluminescent gems in their cheeks and fins on their legs,
fish-like tails of many types, webbed paws with 5 toes and
bat-like ears that allow for echolocation within water.
they communicate with small little clicking and squeaking
noises like a dolphin or bat but they also have a bellowing
roar like a lion when irate. another form of communication
is used by flickering their glowing gems.
