Looks: Thin, long creature. Its head is somewhat armored, with two spikes on each side of its face, and up to three on the head. (Two on head shown.) Its teeth show that it's mainly an insectivore, eating bugs but also occasionally small animals such as mice, lizards, and birds. It has front feet with gripping power similar to a gecko's, which helps it to climb, though it cannot keep suction for very long. The back legs only have two toes, though they have sharp talons. It has spurs on both front and back legs, most likely for protection.
Behavior: Nocturnal and generally curious. It has been known to approach humans, though it has never shown any signs of aggression. They are usually solitary, but from fall to winter, groups with 5-25 members are not uncommon.
Intelligence: Intelligence varies largely from creature to creature, but it's somewhere in-between a corvid, such as a crow, or an octopus. Older creatures can solve puzzles that younger ones cannot. However, it cannot recognize itself in a mirror.
