Well, here it is! I'm actually really impressed with myself..... this was totally different than my original plan!
-for the highlights i used the soft eraser
-for the clouds i mainly used watercolor and blending
-i used a texture and part opacity for the stars

by the way the timer is way wrong i did this over multiple sessions in multiple days
