Thanks! And I wanted to make a more lizard-like microraptor kind of species. The chest feathers on males are reflective and are used for courting. The tail feathers are meant to look like a frog or horned beetle and would be reflective (if I felt like drawing that, lol.) When the lizard guy lands to eat their food, their chest would be facing the ground (hidden,) so their entire body would blend in with the ground. Except for the tail feathers, which would fool predators into attacking that instead of the lizard itself. That's all that I came up with.
