I volunteered at a dog adoption thing, and I fell in love with a big pitbull and lab mix. He's around 2 years old, and no one wanted him, since he's at least 60-70 pounds. If he likes my other dog, I'll be able to adopt him! I really really hope my other dog Chloe, an adopted pitbull, likes him...

I went by memory of him, so the markings may be a little off. In really life he's black with a white muzzle with black/grey spots, and white paws. I can't remember which paws have white on them though, but this looked right.

Now, if you don't like pitbulls, don't comment! They are unbelievebly sweet dogs, even though they have a crappy reputation. The only time the pitbulls at the dog adoption place have ever fought was today, and that was one little bite that didn't even bleed, and it was over food, since all the dogs were picked up off the street and are still very protective of food. (Except Ranger, he's a little chubby if anything :3)

I feel the same way. I don't like how Pitbulls have such a bad reputation! It's not their fault! I have a pitbull-lab mix and he's really sweet and adorable!

I know. My dog that I have now is afriad of bigger dogs, and Ranger is a little bigger than her, so I don't know how she'll react. Usually when she sees larger dogs, she runs away or hides behind our legs, which people don't expect, since she's a pitbull.

Well I hope they get along. When we brought our pitbull, Felon, home from a fire station where he was rescued, we thought our other dog, Ireland would be upset since she is the dominate one (even though she is the smallest out of our current 4 dogs) but once Felon got bigger she couldn't really do anything about it.

I think Ranger is so cute! Nice work on the anatomy and markings ^^
Also I have to agree 100% with you guys. Pitbulls make very loyal companions, my friend has a Pitbull/Lab Mix and she's the friendliest dog I have ever met.

We took him home today! We're not 100% sure we'll keep him, and we have to see how he gets along with Chloe over the next few days.

I love pitties!!! I have 2 Aussies and a lab, and I wish I had at least one pit bull. They are the best dogs in the world, and your drawing captures one perfectly!! You can tell by the expression that he's part lab, too. XD <3 Looks great!!
