There's a window near the bottom of the oekaki program where you can select different 'textures' for your brush, and the dots are one of them ~_^

Ah right. I think I crossed off that window to get more space in my latest oekaki. :oops:

It's a really handy window ^-^ I just keep it right at the bottom and only pull it into view when I need a different texture
