he's an orphan and was abandoned at a church at a young age, and he has never seen or heard from his birth parents ever again. his first name is not kowalski, but ALWAYS goes by it to honor his family, and once he does ( or if ) he ever finds his parents he will " confirm " his first name and then maybe will allow some of his closest friends to call him that. He does know what it is but he wants his parents to verify. Kowalski always wonders if he was abandoned because it was his fault. he has some trust issues still, and if reluctant to let others into his life due to fear of them leaving him. Kowalski has never really had a house or family since, the church took him in and kicked him out when he was young, maybe around 13 years old, and now he hops from house to house, usually staying a friend's house and not letting them know his situation. Kowalski only has very few belongings, including the note that he was delivered to the church with, and NEVER leaves it behind.
