It's a confetti cat!
She's an oc of mine, Cataclysm Charm.
But I call her Catty, lol.
So, I was trying to do a cartoon-y style, and
because I was listening to to different songs with completely different meanings,
This is what happened. XD
Oops, I forgot to draw Catty's wings. ;~;
