What about the neck and the teeth? It RALLY looks like blood. Oh well, still cool.

Oh. Yeah the stuff on the teeth is blood. Not the neck, On the neck its markings. Although the shading probly makes it hard to tell.

Ah okay. I can see it now. The red on the fur and teeth is supposed to be the reflection from the glowing eye.

No. The red on the Teeth is blood. The red on the fur is markings. And the red around the eye is glowing.
