You did a good job on the light reflect on the nose! Looks wet and shiny... In general the light reflects are pretty good. I think you should work a bit more on the lines and do softer blendings. I suggest smudge and blend tool.You should also use more color tones and nuances. As I said if you improve those things it might be intermediate. It's not quite intermediate yet. But might be then....
P.S.: And don't worry, intermediate drawings just take longer. A drawing you do in 8 minutes can't really be intermediate.
