For someone who is really, really, really terrified of the ocean/deep water in general, I find it's fun to paint!

This is a sea serpent by the name of Naulius. I realized about halfway through that there are some hints of brown/warm silver coming through, but I couldn't fix it because the entire serpent is painted on one layer, with another for the background and another for the rays of light and ripples. Whoops.
