I always find perspective difficult, and I'd never done a drawing from above. I'm very glad I didn't totally mess it up. x3

I like it, Ducky! Your style is visually appealing, and I like the color scheme. As for the above view, I say it's fine! It shows us the back of the cat, tail, and head. That's really all there is to see! And I applaud you for actually daring to do that picture in a field- how does one top the grass?!

I guess the reason I chose field grass was because I thought it matched the color scheme I already had going on. I felt that green would kind of throw it off, so I stuck to gold. ;3
I was really getting frustrated with the grass for a while. It was being really difficult, especially after I forgot how I did the first half of the grass, which is why the right looks so much different from the left. x3

edit: I fixed the grass so that they look a bit more similar. x3 I couldn't stand the fact they looked so different. x3
