c: Moonie[.:Moonstar:.] here, sorry I'm on my sister's account, because she asked me to design her a new character and handed me the computer[Though I was on my account, until I realized otherwise halfway though the drawing]. So I sketched up some lines and colored them in to her request for it to me wonderland/mad hatter themed, and this is what I came up with. So, what do you think?
