He's...well, I'd say he's a qaurdian of some sort.
He can change between 3 stages.
The first is the one he's rarely to keep from revealing who he is. This is part of an idea I plan to use, so it won't be further explained.
Second stage. He can turn his tail end into liquid.
He is said to have enlightened others with his liquid tail - specifically children. He can make certain pictures appear on his mask and make them come to life before they fade away either at his will or simply because he can't make them run for too long. Whatever he brings to life with his mask appears in black and white.
He has hidden horns for both stages c:
