Luca is a lab experiment for enhancing athletics for
dogs, and eventually humans. This project has been kept hidden
since 2003, for the sake of anyone finding out what they've been doing.
Luca was given one robotic eye to map out the quickest routes, and to see
obstacles and debris in the way. He has two robotic legs to give him a much
better jumping ability and speed.
