Well I'm not one at explaining things very well but I hope this helps ;o;

First off I'd say use crosshairs on the face for placement of the eyes and muzzle. Also place a circle for where the muzzle is going to be and the crosshairs help with the line of action. So with the angle you have it at the jaw bone should be visible so I would draw that. For this type of angle I would look up different positions of wolves. For example this search would be helpful for action poses and different angles. And depending on what kind of fur style you have will depend on if you can see the jaw bone on the other side as well.
