Lame name, lame concept, lame poses, lame idea.

And I give you the Elephant Ferrew and the worst doodling ever.

A cross between an elephant shrew and a ferret, currently two of my favourite animals.
I'm working on lines to possibly make these an adoptable, or I might just make a character.

Long creatures with short legs and thick fur. Their ears can move much like a cat's can although these are half deaf. They have three toes on each foot which have soft padding helping them to keep on their feet even on slippery surfaces. They love climbing and burrowing under stuff and take on a ferret's seemingly ever constant want to sleep. These have elephant shrew like noses although they have turned into more of a short trunk. The trunk is used much like an elephant's, grabbing or checking out objects to then transfer to the mouth, oh, and did I say they love to chew? Ferrew's living space has to be safe in that it will not allow them to chew on hazardous items such as electricle cords or plastic.

When I first read the name, I thought it said elephant ferret. Dan and I think it would fit a little better.

But I still love the name elephant ferrew.
