Why does is do the white border thing when I fill in the lines?! It's really annoying and I need to know how to get rid of it, please help me!!

bucket filling isn't the best way to make it filled in, just make a new layer under the lines you put and then do it from there (no bucket, with a pen or pencil tool) C:

Some of the pixels don't get filled in when you use the fill tool because they have "rough edges". Its a common thing, so don't worry about it or get too stressed. I would suggest using the pencil tool to fill it up or just pitch the fill tool XD It takes some practice, but it turns out beautifully in the end.
