I developed him a little more since this drawing, actually. He hasn't really changed much, but it gives him more character.

His backstory follows my theory of there being three restaurants (Fredbear's Family Diner, early version of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza in game two, and then the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza in game one), and that the first child went missing in Fredbear's Family Diner. There, Elliot the Elephant distributed arcade tickets to children by blowing them out of his trunk and having them catch the tickets. As fun, employees would sometimes stick a peanut or two inside his stomach compartment so he'd blow those out as well. But after the first kid goes missing, Fredbear's Family Diner is concerned someone tampered with the animatronics, and decided Elliot shouldn't be used anymore, since he blows things out to children. If someone tampered with them, he could blow something dangerous out to a child, and they didn't want to risk it. S they lured Elliot to a storage room not visible in the cameras, and shut him off.

Fredbear's Family Diner becomes a huge success and they are renovated into Freddy Fazbear's Pizza (FNAF 2). They remake the old animatronics into toy versions, casting aside the old Freddy, Foxy, Chica, and Bonnie. Elliot is brought along, but only to be used as parts. He remains shut down. Then when the bite of '87 happens, FFP is forced to get rid of the toy animatronics and downsize, either going back to Fredbear's Family Diner, or making a much more cheaper FFP (I believe it' s Fredbear's Family Diner, and they rename it into Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and it becomes the restaurant you play at in FNAF 1). Then two more children go missing - a man lured them to the back, as Phone Guy says in FNAF 2). He is arrested but not until after he stuffed the children inside two animatronics - Foxy and Freddy. Then they become possessed and attack and kill two more children - 5 children total. Now all the animatronics are possessed and the health department is shutting down FFP at the end of the year.

However it is still being run during the day, and children and adults interact with the animatronics. But at night, Mike Schmidt works his night shift and fights for his life. When Mike joins, something keeping Elliot shut off finally gives out, since he has been turned off for literally years, and he comes back to life. Since he was shut down in Fredbear's Family Diner, and turned back on in Fredbear's Family Diner, now named Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, nothing really seems to be different. Except the place is very run down, and there's this security guy, Mike, that all the old animatronics seem to be going after. He's not really against Mike, and he's not possessed. Instead, he's interestedI in him, and the most harm he does is throw peanuts at him, since nothing was ever stuffed inside him.
