Raven walked up to silver and the mystery wolf "what's up?" he asked
"the sky" Silver joked.
Raven fake-laughed then looked at the mystery wolf.
"who's that?" he asked cocking his head towards the mystery wolf
"oh, this is Echosong, she lives pretty far away, she was just asking me for directions" Silver explained
"oh ok, hi Echosong" Raven said smiiling
Echosong blushed "hi there"
"anyway, i came to ask if you'd like to come to stone's -" Raven asked before being interrupted by Silver's father, Shade.
"you better not be going over there, Stone's got powers..magical powers" Shade commented
"and i have wings, magic isn't special any more" raven said blandly
"but her magi-" Shade insisted
"she's nothing special, just royal" Raven growled
Shade gave up and ordered "You can't go!"
Raven nodded hesitantly and started walking towards the castle when he left.
While they were walking Raven heard Silver and Echosong chatting, he turned around and faced them "shouldn't echosong be going back now?" he asked. Echosong looked down sadly "i guess i should".
"don't worry about raven he can get grumpy" Silver said glaring at raven.
raven shrugged and dropped behind to talk to Echosong.
"soo... where are you from?" raven asked
Echosong blushed and replied "i'm from the other side of the land, i came here to complain to the queen"
Raven nodded and shuffled his wings.
Echosong shied away "are you a mutant or something?" she asked
"i dunno, i'm the only one in my family with wings" Raven replied
Echosong looked at him with compassion "you must be hated and teased.."
"not really, no one talks about them" he replied
They had not realised they were very close until a puma walked up to the three and asked..
"who are you and what do you want?"
"I am raven, he is silver and she is Echosong" Raven explained "we need to ask the queen something"
The puma looked at the angrily and sneered " the queen will only allow one of you in"
"why?" Echosong asked
"the queen does not want to be hurt" The puma explained

After a long time of waiting for others people who wanted to talk to the queen, it was finally Raven's turn.
"who should go?" Echosong whispered
"i'll go" raven replied
They all nodded and Raven waited for the puma to come.
"raven, Echosong and Silver, have you decided who will come and speak with the queen?"
Raven nodded
"then come this way" the puma said and started walking down an aisle, assuming Raven was behind him.
They reached a huge door, Raven took a deep breath as the puma pushed it open.There was a velvet carpet and velvet tiles and on the end there was a beautiful wolf with her eyes closed. "where is the queen?" he asked.
"she's the queen, but don't say anything bad, if she opens her eyes you'll be as stone as the walls of this castle". Raven looked at the queen, she was a lot prettier than he thought, he looked at her momentarily then asked "can we please have some food?"
