shimmery gray snake. it can fire lasers from its eyes. it speaks a forgotten and ancient language both disturbing and enchanting to mortal ears.

His name is Lazerous. (Lah-zer-us.)
I prefer that he doesn't shoot lasers from his eyes, but projects holograms and his emotions into the eyes and hearts of mortal men. He uses this to express what he is feeling, as few can understand him anymore. He is an ancient god of a long forgotten tribe who worshiped him.
