a few things since your open to critiques...
the hair looks a little stiff. I feel as though it should have more flow
the hooves should be tilted more to look more as though its soaring up as it has taken off.. if thats hat you had been going for
lighting is good on the horse
detail on the wings could be brought out more by greys
