I tried.

I tried, but I failed,
I tried, I was nailed,
The color doesn't fit,
Fire got it lit,
The lines go long,
The anatomy's wrong,
I don't know how to draw,
I don't know what I saw,
At least I tried,
I'll set this aside.

That's a whole lot better than I can draw dogs! Just make the eye bigger and it'll look better!

I, out of my honest opinion, it's not a fail. It's quite an adorable creation, and you should be proud. ouo <33

You seem like you need help with the body structure. Reading tutorials on Denviantart can perhaps enhance your style. And make corrections to where mistakes are placed.
Some of my personal favorites are:

Keep drawing, and you'll eventually get the proportions the body correctly.Although, it will not happen over night, keep practicing. Study photos, and drawings. Never compare yourself to other artists and remember: Do not let anyone discourage you, keep up the fantastic work.

Thank you very much for the useful tutorials, advice, and encouragement!~
I'll be sure to look back at the tutorials non-stop. And since I'm using a computer to draw, I'll have to be extra cautious of each detail. =3
Once again, thank you both for such nice comments!~
