[Raven Phoenix]

This is a SUPER RARE Basliskyre, it does not have any horns but it does have a large spined membrane in its unusual growth on its head. This creature has a huge spiked tail that can rip apart anything with its serrated blades, this technique is used in both hunting and defense. This certain breed of the Basiliskyre does not fight for territory since they all live in small groups called Packs.

Yeah, it does. Not trying to sound mean, but just because you touch-up the design a little bit doesn't mean it's not art theft.
I mean, you can't copy someone's design, change it up a bit, and say, "I made this up." It's still art theft. And Dragonfang, did Phoenix order that avy from you? If not, this very well could be art theft. Not to ound like a cop, but just making sure.
