I never thought I would get this done. Glad I did, though.
These beauties are currently unnamed, though I'm thinking about Firen Glidaers, pronounced Fire-en Glide-airs.
They are owned by me. They will not be given away except for adoptables, should I decide to make them so.
Most FGs have designs similar to this. Some, however, will be different. The more unique, the rarer the Glidaer.
Some history:
FGs come from an unknown land of fire and chaos. The air there is dangerous for practically everything thanks to the toxic air and extreme temperatures; at night, it quickly goes below -90 degrees, sometimes down to -200. During the day, the fires multiply in intensity, moving to the positive 150s in a heartbeat. These animals are able to stand any temperature, though are most comfortable in the 50s-90s.
The toxic landscape, however, had altered these horses in that they usually have unnaturally colored fur. They once had dragon wings, but after the toxic outbreak their wings have shifted, leaving them smooth and unable to fly. True to their name, however, they can glide through the air, often reaching 60+ mph.
Also, sometimes these horses have fangs. At very least, they will always have extremely sharp front teeth, ideal for breaking open the shells of fruit.
Glidaers are mostly herbivores, though some may eat meat. They tend to lean more to the fruit side of things rather than vegetable. In fact, hybrid fruit are one of the main available types of food in their home region. Melons are commonly found, and usually have soft shells.
Because of their healthy diet and constant exercise, they will often live past 500 years old. They were born with the ability of a long life, and rarely a foal will be born with the gift of immortality. Horses with that gift will grow to a random age, then be stuck with that appearance for the rest of their lives. Though they are given immortality, they are often in danger; they may still be fatally injured, though they may not get sick.
-End history-
So... yeah. Maybe I'll add to this sometime. We'll see.
Maybe I'll sell this design later. Who knows. Personally, I like the green and black design.
Feedback's appreciated! Please tell me if you'd be willing to adopt one!
