[Palaye Royale]

I wanted to try something with ice and frost, but something away from the classic pretty blue/white
The design is pretty crappy right now because i did a lineless, i'll have to do the actual design later

the things on his tail are bones, and a wolf tail, his necklace has animal teeth, and his jaw bone is exposed. The things on his back are quills.

Ahh, my Oekaki doesn't work so I'll stick with Ps on the PC and Inspire Pro for now...
