is there anyone who will give me advice to get this drawing into intermediate?

You should add shading and little details, like texture. For the eye, look at how a real eye is, or the eye of a bird. You should also blend the black into the green for a neater transition from color to color- or, if that's the intentional pattern, make it more defined and permanent instead of random rounded striped all around, and blend the edge just a bit, seeing as a phoenix would have feathers, making it less than a perfected rounded edge.
